I'm Georgette Lombardo, the founder of Pawsitive Training ABQ. My passion is providing personalized, one-on-one attention to my clients to help solve the doggie-related problems or challenges they're facing. As a professional member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers and the Pet Professional Guild, and a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner (one of only a few in the area), I'm experienced dealing with a variety of issues and behaviors ranging from puppy socialization to a fear of strangers. These skills were recognized in Albuquerque The Magazine's Best of the City issue when I was selected as one of the area's Top 5 Trainers in 2016, 2018, and 2019. In 2017, 2020 and again in 2021, I was recognized as the Top Trainer. I'm committed to force-free, humane training techniques that are highly effective, get real results, and are just plain fun. After all, who wants to do something - even if it's good for you - if it isn't fun? I keep things simple and talk in a language that's easy for both dogs and humans to understand. I help you and your dog learn how to talk to each other, too. As we all know, communication is the key to any successful relationship! Most of all, I am dedicated to your success!
