Beth Newcom is proud to have graduated with distinction as a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner (KPA CPT). She's the first Fear Free Certified Trainer in the greater Alton, Illinois, area. She believes that each dog has talent and that fear-free, positive reinforcement training brings out the best in each dog/human team. Through her business, Talented Tails Training, Beth offers private, in-home training focusing on basic pet manners, fear-free vet visits, resolving problem behaviors, and transitioning newly adopted dogs into family life. Veterinary clinics and 501c3 organizations can schedule a presentation to learn about reinforcement-based clicker training or fear-free vet and grooming visits. Talented Tails serves the the "Riverbend" area of Illinois including Rosewood Heights, Alton, Bethalto, Edwarsville, Godfrey, Jerseyville, Wood River (the metro-east suburbs of St. Louis MO). Beth partners with Wire Fox Terrier Rescue Midwest (WFTRM), as a volunteer, transporting and fostering terriers.
