Service Dog Training

Gail graduated from Karen Pryor Academy in 2011 and has been training dogs for over 30 years. She is a Family Paws Parent Education licensed presenter, a Certified Trick Dog Instructor, and a Certified Fear Free Professional.

Behavior Problems and Manners: Being a science nerd who loves to problem solve, Gail loves to help family dogs reach their full potential, whether they are shy, out of control, don't listen, have trouble learning a new trick or hate being groomed. She offers customized in-home training. Group presentations and occasional small group classes available in the Metro East St Louis area.

Dogs and babies, toddlers, children: Gail has a special passion for dog and child dynamics including preparing for a new baby and helping children prepare for life as a responsible pet owner. Assistance available throughout the entire St Louis area. Skype consultations also available. Group presentations on: dog bite prevention, preparing families with dogs for life with babies, toddlers, and children.

In her personal life, Gail volunteers with the Greater St Louis Training Club and Havanese Rescue. She has a PhD in companion animal nutrition, specializing in digestive health, probiotics, and nutrient requirements.
