One of our customers told me about Puppy yoga and I came by with my daughter. That was just 30 minutes of pure joy! We will try to come again!

I was invited to the very first Kids Puppy Yoga session, and wow, I didn’t expect to be this impressed.

The whole experience was adorable chaos in the best possible way. Kids trying to hold yoga poses while puppies climbed all over them, everyone laughing, puppies doing puppy things — it was perfect.

What really stood out was how naturally the kids connected with the animals. No phones, no screens, just pure joy and real interaction. The instructor was fantastic as well — calm, attentive, and clearly someone who genuinely cares about both kids and dogs.

I honestly didn’t think mixing yoga and puppies could work this well, but it absolutely does. If you have kids and want them to try something truly fun, not just “educational fun,” this is definitely worth checking out.

Huge props to whoever came up with this idea. More of this, please.
