Bruno's fully indoor, tailless trivia aside he's about as low-maintenance as cats get, and I genuinely thought heartworm prevention was overkill for him until the vet brought up screened porch exposure at his last visit, which we don't even have, just occasional open windows on nice days. Apparently that's still enough. Kept him on schedule after that talk, better to not find out the hard way this late in the season.
