Monthly dose day for Sunny, marking it on the calendar so it actually sticks
Set a recurring reminder a while back and today's the day, renewed his prevention like clockwork. Small thing but having an actual fixed date instead of "sometime this month" has made me way more consistent than I used to be when I just tried to remember. Anyone else find a hard date works better than a vague monthly goal?
